Janes approach to teaching is to make it available to everyone who wishes to reconnect to the feelings of freedom and happiness which are our birthright.
Her classes explore a variety of techniques which help to relax the body, still the mind and through correct breathing, flowing movement and supported postures, restore the feeling of wholeness so often lacking in our stressful lives.
She focuses on working with the body we have to discover our own uniqueness and her approach embraces creativity, accessibility and discipline but above all the cultivation of love for the practice, laughter and compassion.
Her background in theatre and strong interest in voice and sound are evident in her classes, as is her belief that the practice both on and off the mat is a wonderful adventure to be savoured moment by delicious moment!!
