We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time

Yoga and Ayurveda - £695
Spring Awakening Yoga and Ayurveda retreat with Jane Craggs and Louise Tanner £695
After the continued success of these weeks, Jane wanted to find a way to offer participants the best possible experience without spreading her energy too thinly!!
So this year Jane will be sharing the yoga teaching with Louise Tanner, also a student of AG and Indra Mohan. She will be teaching morning classes and also providing one to one sessions to help you with personal practice. Jane will be concentrating her energy on the Ayurvedic consultations and treatments as well as consulting with Adrian and Alex on the food to make sure that everything is appropriate and supportive of each individual and also of the yoga practice. What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the ancient life science of India and is one of the oldest systems of healing so far known to man.Like the Chinese system, more commonly referenced in the West, Ayurveda is all about balancing our nature with the elements around us, especially our food. Like Yoga, it is both an art and a science and the two systems can support each other very well when we learn a little more about our own constitution.
Ayurveda is one of the tools that can help us on our path to personal reintegration and living well in the world. This means observing a wholesome diet suitable for our personal constitution and the season, ensuring our lifestyle and daily routine also support a balanced state of mind and taking appropriate therapies such as medicated oil/powder massage, sirodhara(third eye oil stream) and pain treatments with herbal poultices and bolus. With just simple lifestyle adjustments you will be amazed at the vast improvement in health, wellbeing and energy levels.
