Castleton Retreat with Jane Craggs and Louise Tanner
A wonderful opportunity to take a nourishing weekend break at the end of the winter months. Jane and Louise share the Yoga teaching and there will be optional Ayurvedic massage treatments or reflexology(Saturday only).
The Hollowford centre is a wonderful activity centre situated close to Castleton village with lovely walks all around, and accommodation is in large ensuite shared rooms(there is no provision for single rooms at this centre, rooms are very spacious and we have our own communal space too)
