Come and enjoy a long, late summer weekend of yoga and peace at this purpose built
retreat centre set in the rolling hills of the Esk Valley.The tranquil environment of Purelands
is just a short walk away from Kagyu Samye Ling Buddhist monastery and community
and offers lots of opportunites to explore the surrounding countryside. There will be
morning and evening yoga classes,ayurveda talks , evening meditation and
Yoga nidra.
Three excellent wholesome vegetarian meals will be provided each day and
accomodation is in single rooms.
Where possible we will try to organise car share to lighten the environmental load, however
getting there by train is fairly straightforward too.
